Heart Symbol Copy

Choose from simple text hearts, standard color emoji and decorative combinations. Click an entry to copy its exact character sequence. The grid also exposes its Unicode code points, so you can tell a plain heart from an emoji sequence before pasting it.

Paste it into the destination and check the appearance in the actual app and font you plan to use.

What the heart characters contain

This is a curated picker, not a list of every heart-like Unicode character. It separates individual text symbols from emoji sequences and decorative strings so you can choose the form that fits your destination.

Common text hearts

Character Unicode code point Note
U+2665 Black Heart Suit
U+2661 White Heart Suit
U+2764 Heavy Black Heart in text form
U+2765 Rotated Heavy Black Heart Bullet
U+2766 Floral Heart
U+2767 Rotated Floral Heart Bullet

Why ❤ and ❤️ are different

is U+2764 by itself. ❤️ adds U+FE0F, a variation selector that requests emoji presentation. The visible difference depends on the app, operating system and font. Copying this picker preserves the selector.

Some newer hearts are also sequences. ❤️‍🔥 combines U+2764, U+FE0F, U+200D and U+1F525. ❤️‍🩹 combines U+2764, U+FE0F, U+200D and U+1FA79. A system without support for the complete sequence may show its parts separately.

Decorative entries

Entries such as ⋆♡⋆, ༺♥༻ and (。♥‿♥。) contain several characters. They are decorative text arrangements, not single emoji. The copy button keeps the complete arrangement and its combining marks intact.

Privacy in the multi-step view

Copying occurs through the browser clipboard. In the multi-step view, the chosen category and heart are kept in this browser tab for no more than 30 minutes. Neither enters the page address or Livewire; the address contains only a random job ID. After a successful copy, Livewire receives one usage event with no category or symbol data.

Frequently Asked Questions

Unicode defines the character sequence, but the destination chooses the font or emoji artwork. Color, shape and spacing can therefore differ between apps and devices.

Yes. The picker copies the exact entry, including U+FE0F and any zero-width joiner used by a multi-code-point emoji sequence.

Usually not. A decorative entry can combine hearts, stars, brackets, faces or combining marks. It is copied as one text string, but editing one part may change its appearance.

No. The tool uses the browser clipboard. If automatic copying is blocked, it shows the exact value in a selectable field so you can copy it manually.
