Habit Tracker

Step 1 / 4

Set up your month

Choose the month you want to track.

Habit Tracker gives you one clear monthly view of the routines you want to repeat. Add up to 12 habits, choose the days that count for each one, tick completions as you go, and check your current streak, longest streak and completion rate without creating an account.

How to use the Habit Tracker

  1. 1

    Choose a month

Start with the month you want to review. The tracker shows every date in that month.

  2. 2

    Add habits and schedules

Name each habit, then set it for every day, weekdays, weekends or the specific days you choose.

  3. 3

    Mark and review progress

Tick completed days, read the streak and rate for each habit, then print the grid or export a CSV copy.

A monthly view that respects the schedule you set

A streak only makes sense on days when a habit was planned. If you set a habit for weekdays, Saturday and Sunday do not break the streak or lower the completion rate. The same rule applies to a custom schedule, which is useful for routines such as strength training three days a week or a weekly planning review.

The completion rate is calculated from scheduled days in the selected month, not from every calendar square. For example, completing a weekday habit on 15 of 20 scheduled workdays is a 75% completion rate. The current streak counts backward from today, or from the latest scheduled day on or before today when today is not scheduled. It exists only while every scheduled day in that run is completed, so a missed due day resets it. The longest streak is the best run anywhere in the month.

Schedule Good fit What counts
Daily Water, reading, medication reminders Every date in the month
Weekdays Commute, inbox review, language practice Monday through Friday
Weekends Meal prep, a long walk, home projects Saturday and Sunday
Custom days Gym sessions, classes, team check-ins Only the selected weekdays

Your plan is stored locally in this browser until you clear it. It is not an account, a reminder service or a health coaching tool. Print when you want a paper copy, or export CSV when you want to keep a simple record in a spreadsheet.
