Raffle Ticket Maker
Informal event details
For informal printable tickets only. This maker does not accept entrants, choose winners, take payments, manage sales, audit a draw or certify legal compliance.
NextCreate a sheet of sequentially numbered, two-part tickets for an informal community event. Add an event name, organizer, prize, date and optional details, then choose the first serial, ticket count, paper size and six or eight tickets per page. Every ticket has an attendee half and a retained draw stub with the same number. The details stay in your browser. Download the current page as a PNG, or open a browser print job that contains every ticket page.

Informal ticket sheets, not a raffle service
This maker creates a private, printable layout only: sequential ticket numbers, an attendee half and a matching retained stub. It is useful when an organizer already has an informal event process and needs a clean sheet to print. It does not accept entrants, choose winners, take payments, process card details, manage sales, audit a draw, verify eligibility, retain records or claim legal, regulated or certified raffle compliance. Check the rules that apply to your event independently.
Set the first serial and count before printing. The first serial can be 1 through 999999, the count can be 2 through 100, and the last number must not exceed 1000000. The maker assigns every serial once per ticket and repeats the same serial on its stub. Choose six tickets per page for larger writing space or eight tickets per page for a more compact sheet. A4 and US Letter use true portrait page geometry.
| Setting | Example | Result |
|---|---|---|
| First serial | 120 | The first attendee half and stub both show 120 |
| Ticket count | 16 | Serial pairs run from 120 through 135 |
| Eight per page | 8 | The set uses two pages of eight paired tickets |
For example, an organizer could enter Community night raffle, set the first serial to 120 and request 16 tickets. The first page contains pairs 120–127; the second contains pairs 128–135. Each attendee half and its matching retained stub carry an identical number, so a paper process can match the two parts. The tool does not decide what happens after a number is drawn.
The current-page PNG button downloads only the visible sheet. The Print button prepares all generated pages in one direct browser print job, where you can choose a printer or Save as PDF. Keep the same A4 or US Letter portrait size in the print dialog, and use a plain-paper test before printing onto ticket stock. Event data stays in browser session storage and is not uploaded to this tool.
