A price list is not an invoice

A price list helps a customer compare what you offer before they buy. Keep it easy to scan: give each row a short service name, a clearly stated price, and a practical note such as duration, size, inclusions or availability. This maker is a visual catalogue, not an invoice. It does not create a client record, invoice number, date, tax calculation, quantity field or total. Use an invoicing tool after the customer has chosen what to buy.

Select the currency deliberately. The tool formats each valid numeric price with the selected ISO code and the page locale. You can type a decimal with a period, comma or Arabic decimal mark. Do not enter grouping separators such as 1,000.00, because that is ambiguous across markets. Use 1000.00 instead. A missing or invalid price is shown as a prompt rather than silently becoming zero. Keep the catalogue to up to 24 rows.

For example, a salon could list Haircut and finish | 45.00 | Includes consultation, about 45 minutes, then add Blow-dry | 28.00 | Short hair on the next row. Select EUR before sharing prices in euros, or USD before sharing dollar prices. The tool will display both rows using that chosen currency style; it will not add tax or calculate a combined total.

The canvas uses eight rows per page. With 17 valid services, review page 1, page 2 and page 3 before exporting. The PNG button saves the current page only. The Print button opens the browser print dialog for that same page, where you can choose a printer or Save as PDF. For predictable paper alignment, select the same A4 or US Letter size in the print dialog and use actual size or 100% scale. Test a plain-paper print before using branded stock.
