Design the two sides as different jobs
A postcard has a small picture-side composition and a practical writing side. Keep the front focused: one headline, one short note, and a signature are usually easier to read than a paragraph. The back is deliberately separate, with room for your message on one half and a recipient and address guide on the other. The stamp square and address area are visual guides only. They do not check delivery rules, postal prices, weight, thickness, barcode clearance, or whether a card can be mailed.
Choose the physical card size before exporting. The PNG and PDF use 300 pixels per inch for the chosen dimensions, while the PDF also declares its actual page media. Both are useful, but a correctly sized file cannot compensate for a printer that scales to fit. In the print dialog, select actual size or 100% when that option is available, then compare the proof with a ruler.

Export honestly, then test your printer
The paired PDF is a genuine two-page document: page one is the front and page two is the address and message back. It does not simply rename a PNG. The tool also offers separate PNG files if a print shop asks for individual sides. On portrait cards, the whole back layout turns so the address guide follows the longer card edge; turn a proof in your hands before deciding how to feed it into a printer.
These exports are finished-size design drafts, not press-ready preflight packages. They do not add bleed, crop marks, a CMYK profile, embedded production fonts, or printer-specific alignment correction. The tool also makes no claim about postage, mailing eligibility, or a particular postal rate. In particular, a 5 × 7 inch card can have different postal treatment from a smaller card depending on the country, thickness, and other rules. Use your local postal service and printer instructions for those decisions.
Your text is stored only in this browser session so the four-step workflow can retain it. It is not placed in a funnel link or sent through Livewire. A selected image uses a browser object URL in memory and must be chosen again after moving between funnel pages.
