Choose a template
Pick a one-sided promotional layout. You can change colors and paper size later.
Make a focused promotional flyer for an event, offer, service, grand opening, or community notice. Pick one of five one-sided templates, write the essential message, then choose A4 or US Letter in portrait or landscape. The preview is drawn in your browser at print-sized pixel dimensions. You can add a small local PNG, JPEG, or WebP image, download a high-resolution PNG, or open your browser’s native print dialog to print or save a PDF. Your wording and image are not uploaded.
How to make a promotional flyer
-
1
Choose a purpose-led template
Start with the event, offer, business, grand-opening, or community layout that best matches the job of the flyer.
-
2
Write for a quick scan
Add an eyebrow, clear headline, short supporting copy, when-and-where details, call to action, and one contact route.
-
3
Check, download, or print
Select A4 or US Letter and an orientation, review the live canvas, then download a PNG or use the native Print / Save as PDF dialog.
Build a flyer around one action
A flyer has only a few seconds to explain itself. Start with the single action you want a reader to take: visit, attend, call, register, or claim an offer. The headline should make that action or benefit obvious at a glance. Use the short copy to answer the next question, then put the date, place, price, or contact route where it is easy to scan. A call to action such as “Book a place” is stronger when it is paired with a real next step: a URL, phone number, email address, or physical location.
Visual hierarchy does much of the work. This maker keeps the eyebrow small, gives the headline the largest type, groups practical details beneath it, and reserves a distinct button-like area for the call to action. It also leaves a safe margin around the page. Do not place a phone number, QR code, or essential word right against an edge: home and commercial printers can trim or shift a sheet slightly.
| Choice | Best use | What the maker exports |
|---|---|---|
| US Letter | North American handouts and office printing | 2550 × 3300 px portrait, or 3300 × 2550 px landscape |
| A4 | Most international office and home printing | 2480 × 3508 px portrait, or 3508 × 2480 px landscape |
| PNG download | Digital sharing or a raster file for a printer template | RGB PNG at 300 pixels per inch dimensions |
| Print / Save as PDF | A local printer dialog or a browser-created PDF | A browser print view of the rendered flyer |
A practical example
For a neighborhood repair café, use the Community notice template. An eyebrow might say “SATURDAY MORNING”; the headline could be “Bring a small item back to life.” In the details, say that volunteer fixers will look at lamps, clothes, and bicycles. Put “10 AM–1 PM · Library Workshop Room” in the when-and-where field, then use “Reserve a repair slot” with an email address or booking URL as the contact line. That is enough information for someone to decide and act without turning the flyer into a page of prose.
The PNG is a flat RGB image. It does not include printer bleed, crop marks, editable layers, embedded fonts, or a CMYK profile. If a print shop asks for bleed or a PDF/X file, place the PNG in that printer's supplied template and request a proof. The optional image is limited to a small local PNG, JPEG, or WebP file; SVG files and remote image URLs are deliberately not accepted.
Frequently Asked Questions
The five starting layouts are designed for an event, an offer or sale, a business or service, a grand opening, and a community notice. Each is a one-sided promotional flyer, not a multi-page brochure or general design suite.
Choose US Letter or A4 in portrait or landscape. Letter exports at 2550 × 3300 px in portrait and A4 exports at 2480 × 3508 px in portrait; landscape swaps those dimensions.
The export uses 300-pixels-per-inch dimensions for the selected finished paper size. It is an RGB PNG without bleed, crop marks, a CMYK profile, or printer-specific marks, so use your print provider’s template if those are required.
Use Print / Save as PDF to open your browser’s native print dialog and choose its PDF option. The tool does not generate or claim to download a separate PDF file.
Yes. Choose a PNG, JPEG, or WebP file up to 500 KB. The file is decoded locally in the browser and remains in memory only, so you may need to select it again after moving between funnel pages.
No. The wording stays in your browser session so the multi-step maker can carry it between pages; it is not put in a URL or sent through Livewire. The optional image stays only in memory and is never uploaded or saved in browser storage.
