Give every panel one job
A trifold is easier to read when the six panels form a short sequence instead of six unrelated text boxes. Begin with the cover: name the offer, event, service, or idea and make its value obvious. The fold-in flap should create a reason to open the sheet. On the inside, lead readers through the explanation in three stages. Finish on the back with the details they need to act, such as an address, opening hours, phone number, email address, or booking instruction.
Keep the hierarchy simple:
- Write one short heading per panel.
- Break body copy into brief paragraphs that survive a narrow column.
- Put the most important benefit on the cover or inside center panel.
- Repeat the next step where a reader will naturally finish.
- Check names, dates, prices, URLs, and contact details before printing.

Understand the print boundary
This maker produces one landscape, six-panel layout. The preview shows either the outside or the inside three panels, and the print button opens the browser’s native print dialog for the side currently shown. It does not export a separate PDF itself. To create a PDF, choose the browser’s save-as-PDF destination. To make a physical brochure, print the outside and inside in the correct orientation for your printer.
The US Letter and A4 selector changes the on-screen landscape proportion, but it is not a guarantee of exact print dimensions. Check the paper size, margins, scale, and duplex settings in the print dialog. The maker does not add bleed, crop marks, printer profiles, or automatic front-to-back alignment, and it does not shorten the fold-in panel.
Print one inexpensive test sheet first. Mark the top edge of the paper, print one side, then note how the sheet must be flipped or reinserted for the second side. Fold the proof and check that the cover faces forward, the inside text is upright, and no important copy sits too close to a fold. This test is worthwhile even on an automatic duplex printer because feed direction, scaling, and printable margins differ by device.
Know what belongs elsewhere
The tool is intentionally text-first. It does not accept a photo, logo, illustration, background image, or remote image URL. It offers four color themes rather than a free-form design canvas.
